Insurance--Very important!
We are not in any insurance networks but can offer you the documentation you need to get reimbursed for your payment for our services. You must pay at the time of service and then seek reimbursement from your insuarnce company. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance provider. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have out of network mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What percent will my insurance pay for an out-of network benefit for mental health counseling?
Rates
Following are the rates for individual and couples counseling. Please contact us for the most up-to-date costs.
$180 per 55-minute session for an individual; additional 15 minute increments billed at $45
$240 per 55-minute session for a couple; additional 15 minute increments billed at $60
Group Therapy
Group therapy rates vary by group
Group counseling cannot take the place of individual counseling. Your particular concerns will be evaluated and you will be given a recommendation for frequency of individual therapy.
Payment
Cash, check and all major credit cards as well as HSA/HRA/FSA cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
Our policy requires a cancellation of a scheduled appointment not less than 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full fee of your scheduled session. If you are a new client, and you cancel your first appointment in less than 24 hours, you will be billed for your late cancellation and it must be paid prior to rescheduling another appointment.
